Ordering Gluten Free at Puesto
Most of the Puesto menu is gluten free with the exception of the Carne Asada and the Frozen Horchata. Our Carne Asada is marinated with many delicious flavors including beer, and is our only guisado meat or vegetable that is currently not gluten free.
Please advise our Plancha Chefs of your gluten allergy or any other allergy we should be aware of to ensure we prepare your meal to your needs.

Executive Chef Luisteen has cooked up traditional and tender picadillo using Tallgrass Beef. Picadillo is an authentic homestyle Mexican dish prepared with ground beef and diced vegetables. We’ve named this taco the “Gringo” taco even though it’s exceptionally traditional due to the American fascination with ground beef tacos. We couldn’t succumb to sour cream, hard shells or yellow cheese.
Stop by this Cinco de Mayo weekend and enjoy a Gringo Taco on us, ¡Salud!
Puesto officially turned a year young on February 10, 2013. We threw a party, we celebrated, and most importantly we launched some awesome new food and drinks!

Carnitas - All Natural Pork, traditionally braised in a copper pot
