Puesto Concord at the Veranda, designed by Paul Basile of BASILE Studio, features a striking custom dual-layer mural by Bay Area graffiti artist Chor Boogie, who is consistently ranked in the top three of U.S. street artists. The 7,500-square-foot space, with indoor and outdoor seating, draws influence from the Modernist urban landscape of Mexico City. Inside, a 750-square-foot Douglas fir wall with a custom electronic light show frames hydraulic windows that open to the patio. At the bar, the overhead interactive liquor carousel operates at the push of a button to lower stored liquor bottles to the bartender. Also showcased is the “Taco Heaven” chandelier, balsa wood tabletops with warm copper inlay, and a chef’s table for special events. With 8 different types of custom-designed seating, the 250-capacity restaurant can be configured to host events of various sizes.
