Executive Creative Chef Katy Smith cooks Mexico City-inspired tacos and other specialties, paired with unique Valle de Guadalupe wines and perfect margaritas, at our very first in-kitchen dining space at Puesto Los Olivos in Irvine.
Let Chef Katy be your guide as she navigates you through a culinary odyssey rich in Mexican tradition, yet full of delectable Puesto twists. Items served at each dinner will include seasonal meats and preparations not served on the current Puesto Los Olivos Irvine menu. This will be a one-of-a-kind evening. Meet new like-minded foodies, or fill your table with your group of six friends. All seats will be filled, and all glasses will be full. The proximity of your seats to our chefs, allow interaction while they are preparing your meal if you wish.
Diners will be served a five-course meal inside our open kitchen, and optional beverage pairings will be available along with regular beverage service. Extremely limited space is available at the three test kitchen booths, each seating six guests.
Exclusive kitchen dining opportunities with Puesto’s Executive Creative Chef Katy Smith are available. Choose Thursday, April 27th; Thursday, May 25th, or Thursday, June 22nd, 2017. A completely vegetarian meal will be served on Thursday, July 27th, plus two more dates have been added on Thursday, August 17, and Thursday, September 28th, 2017.
Cost is $40 plus tax, gratuity not included, per person. Optional beverage pairing will be available for $30 plus tax, per person.
For reservations and to book your seat, please let us know which date and how many guests you are bringing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. While dietary restrictions may be accommodated at Puesto, the nature of the chef’s curated meals require advance notification of allergies and restrictions via email.
Fine Print: Reservations via confirmed email are mandatory, and advanced payment of each guest’s meal is non-refundable. Beverages are available á la carte, or the curated pairing can be added at dinner. Gratuity is not included, however separate checks are available for groups.
